Timothy Dwight Malone

Malone, Timothy Dwight , age 68, of Hermitage, TN died November 24, 2023. Tim was born in Birmingham, AL and was the son of the late Bobby and Joyce Malone. He graduated from McGavock High School and then served in the U.S. Air Force.  He was a masterful handyman and beloved mechanic.  His infectious sense of humor lit up every room, effortlessly weaving moments of joy into the lives of those around him. Music was his constant companion, his playlists a reflection of his eclectic tastes and his ability to find harmony in life's rhythms. Above all else, Tim enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He leaves behind a void that cannot be filled—a legacy not just of technical expertise but of warmth, laughter, and an unwavering love for his family.  He is also preceded in death by his brother, Mike Malone.

Wife of 45 years – Terri Malone

Son – Adam (Miranda) Malone

Daughter – Brandy (Tim) Armstrong

Grandchildren – Ashlynn, Kaylei, and Isabella Malone, Kaitlyn, Parker, and Austin Armstrong

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Jerry Sawyer officiating.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Dennis Edwards, Mark Hassel, Craig Dean, Austin Armstrong, Joe Becker, and George McDaniel.
