Timothy Lee Eldred

Eldred, Timothy Lee , age 86, died November 19, 2024. Tim was born in Oneonta, NY and was the son of the late, Walter William Eldred and Cora Elizabeth Thayer Eldred Gordon. He was currently serving as Pastor of Christ’s Servants Baptist Church. Tim was the former Chaplain for the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Department, the National Sheriff’s Association and Wilson County Emergency Management Agency. He was also the founder of the Christian Law Enforcement Mission. In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his wives, Sally Rider Eldred and Anita Lessing Eldred and his step-daughter, Donna Clark.

Tim is survived by:

Children – Darryl (Eva) Eldred, Mike Eldred and Vickie (Ted) Frels

Step-daughter – Lisa Mathis

Daughters-in-law – Karen Duke and Teresa Eldred

Siblings – June (Cecil) Cairns, Pamela (David) Moore and Peter (Penny) Eldred

Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren and Great-great Grandchildren – Dane (Terry) Frels, Nicole Frels, Josh (Ansley) Eldred, Noah Eldred, Chelsea (Paul) Mitchell, Christie (Tristan) Strong, Charles Mathis, Jodie (Eric) Stubblefield, Samantha (Jamie) Edwards, Angela (Dustin) Rotan, Alisa McCormick, Alyssa Clark, Sami Clark, Reed, Beckett, Braylen, Charlisa, Savannah, Wilder, Kaydence, Callie, Tailian, Tripp, Sabrina, Dalton, Aubrey, Anna, Caleb, John, Ryleigh and Violet

Many loving nieces and nephews and acquired kids from youth groups everywhere

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday December 9, 2024 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Joel Salazar officiating.
