Pearl Phillips Parsons

Parsons, Pearl Phillips , age 80, of Mt. Juliet, TN passed peacefully at her home on November 23, 2022. Pearl was born in Knoxville, TN and was the daughter of the late, John C. Phillips and Paralee Rose Thompson Phillips. She was also preceded in death by her beloved sister, JoAnna Phillips Ware and brother, Meredith Phillips.

She is survived by her husband, Roy L. Parsons. They shared their hopes and dreams together for 61 years and together they built a thriving business and great family.

She was a loving mother to her children, John “Rusty” (Patty) Parsons, Kimberly Parsons (Pat) Connell and Angela Parsons (Ronald) Galyon; loving grandmother to Clint (Jamie) Parsons, Alex (Caroline) Connell and Cody Connell and great-grandmother to Melody Connell. She is also survived by her brother, Richard “Doc” Phillips and an aunt to a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Bond Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
