Patsy Ruth Leach

Leach, Patsy Ruth , age 87, of Mt. Juliet, TN died February 26, 2023. Patsy was born in Milan, TN and was the daughter of the late, Columbus Franklin Phillips and Ora Alice Milford Phillips. She was a member of Judson Baptist Church. Patsy was also preceded in death by her husband, Byron O’Neal Leach and son, Anthony Byron Leach.

She is survived by:

Children – Jeffrey (Soha) Leach and Lesa Eden

8 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren

Funeral services will be conducted 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Bond Memorial Chapel. Interment will be 1 p.m. EST Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Chattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, TN.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
