Nicholas Ambrose Fontechia

Fontechia, Nicholas Ambrose “Nick” , age 80 of Mt. Juliet, TN, died January 9, 2021. Nick was born April 16, 1940 in Chicago, IL. He was the son of the late Nicholas D. Fontechia and Theresa Rinaldi Fontechia. Nick was retired from Whitehead Realtors in Rockford, IL. He was an avid fisherman. Nick also loved to make people laugh and to build and fix things.

He is survived by:

Sons – Todd (Karen) Fontechia and Troy (Jackie) Fontechia

Sister – Carol Melito

Grandchildren – Luke Fontechia, Taylor Fontechia and Adam Fontechia

Former Wife – Priscilla “Pixie” Fontechia

Niece – Shellie (Roger) Peterson

Nephew – Nick (Sherrie) Sinnaeve

Great-nieces and great-nephews – Courtney Dailey, Siena Peterson,

Bella Sinnaeve, Niko Sinnaeve and

Sam Sinnaeve

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Bond Memorial Chapel. For those who plan to attend, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
