Margaret Elizabeth Moore

Margaret Elizabeth "Lisa" Moore, known to all as Lisa, passed away on September 25, 2026, in Nashville, TN, at the age of 57. Lisa was born on October 5, 1968, in Little Rock, AR. She graduated from Germantown High School before going on to earn her degree from the University of Tennessee–Martin.

Lisa had a gift for connecting with people — she never met a stranger, and her warmth touched everyone who knew her. She poured that same creativity and love into any project she could get her hands on. She was a devoted and passionate Alabama fan, and she loved cheering on the Crimson Tide every season.

 Lisa is survived by her mother, Ann Bowers (Jack Bowers); her daughter, Lexie Downs (Jake Downs); and her brother, George Downer IV. She was preceded in death by her father, George "Buddy" Downer III.

A service will be held at a later date.

 Lisa will be remembered for her love of people, her creative spirit, and the joy she brought into every room she entered. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.”
