Lois Danner

Lois Danner passed away peacefully at the age of 94. Lois was born on February 13, 1932, in Shouns, Tennessee, to David and Margie Hampton. She dedicated 38 years of her life as a bookkeeper for Wilson County Schools and Mt. Juliet High School. In 1954, she married her beloved husband, Charles W. Danner, and they enjoyed 62 wonderful years together. Lois was a devoted mother and grandmother, cherished by her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, David D. Hampton and Margie Knight Hampton, her cherished husband, Charles, her brother Bill Hampton, and her sister Juanita Reese.

She is survived by her children, Donnie (Reba) Danner and Scott Danner; her brother Floyd Hampton (Margaret); grandchildren Rachel and Jakob Danner; and great-grandchild Xander Jackson.

A graveside service will be held in her honor on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The family will not go in a procession to the cemetery.
