Johnnie Ophelia Baker

Baker, Johnnie Ophelia “Tillie” , age 89, of Hermitage, TN, died December 22, 2021. Tillie was born in Mt. Juliet, TN and was the daughter of the late, George Washington Baker and Sallie Melvin Baker. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Tillie retired from South Central Bell with 38 years of service. She was a volunteer at Summit Medical Center for 20 years.

She is survived by:

Cousin – Carl Melvin and Mary Belle Melvin

God children – Barry and Connie Cloyd

God grandchildren – Claire Cloyd and Andrew Cloyd

Graveside services will be conducted 10 a.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Larry Dearth officiating.
