Jerry Wayne Knowles, Sr.

Knowles, Sr., Jerry Wayne , age 64, of Hendersonville, TN died October 10, 2022. Wayne was born in Nashville, TN and graduated from McGavock H.S. where he was a member of the track team. He was a diesel mechanic. Wayne was a history buff and especially enjoyed Civil War History. He also enjoyed fishing and watching Westerns. Wayne was preceded in death by his father, James Cason Knowles; wives, Sheryl Knowles and Vickie Knowles and sisters, Tonya Michelle Knowles and Dimple Rae Williams.

He is survived by:

Mother – Milbra L. Tidwell

Children – James Cason (Kristin) Knowles, Jonathan (Sasha) Knowles,

Jerry Wayne (Nicole) Knowles, Jr. and Lowana (Daniel) Baseman

Step-son – James (Jennifer) Revlett

Siblings – Brenda L. (Jimmy) Law, Teresa (Gary) Donnally and Donald (Janet) Knowles

14 Grandchildren and 1 Great-grandchild

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2022 at Bond Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Wright Cemetery.
