Hoyt Joe Harris

Hoyt Joe Harris, age 85, of Mt. Juliet, passed away on July 25, 2025. Hoyt worked most of his life in construction and was known for his hard work and dedication. He will be missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lucious Clyde and Ophelia Strange Harris; his wife, Linda Christine Harris; and his siblings, Peggy Roden and Mike Harris

He is survived by

Sons – Alan (Katie) Harris Sr., Ralph (Nikki) Harris

Siblings – Katherine Frost, David Harris, Becky Guinn, Sarah Ducker, James Harris and Bob Harris

Grandchildren – Alan (Ana) Harris Jr., Danelle Harris, Hoyt (Ann) Harris, Joshua Harris, Dustin Harris, Shyann (Josh) Wade, Harris, Mia Harris and Maggie Harris

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church, 7391 N. Lamar Rd., Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.
