Donna Lynn Pate

Donna Lynn Pate, age 77, fought the good fight and finished her race on September 20, 2026.

Donna was a 1967 graduate of Cumberland High School. She retired from All State Insurance Company in November 2014 and spent the next twelve years being a good wife, a compassionate caregiver for her husband Morris and sister Barbara Wilson and a good friend to so many.

Donna is survived by:

Daughter – Jena Pate

Brother – Donald (Mary) Wilson

Niece – Sarah (Tim) Hartman

Donna’s request was not to have a funeral service, but her interment will take place at Springhill Cemetery with a future date to be announced.

The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice for making Donna’s final days comfortable. Also to the McKendree Assisted Living Staff and its residents for their kindness, compassion and love extended to Donna which brought her so much renewed peace and happiness.
