Donna Lee Farmer

Farmer, Donna Lee , age 79, of Quebeck, TN and formerly of Mt. Juliet, TN, died February 5, 2019 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Mrs. Farmer was born in St. Louis, Missouri to the late, LaVern and Vera McNew Reeds. She was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church. Mrs. Farmer was a homemaker and enjoyed cross stitching and crocheting. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Susan Reeds, Barbara Reeds Poenicke and James Reeds.

She is survived by:

Children – Terry (Beth) Farmer of Quebeck, TN

Kenneth (Alisa) Farmer of Spencer, TN

David Farmer of Nashville, TN

Dale (Amy) Farmer of Walling, TN

Connie (Stephen) Scheffer of Nashville, TN

Brother – William (Betty) Reeds of Troy, MO

11 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 1786 Smithville Hwy., Sparta, TN with Dewey Young   officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan’s Purse, PO Box 300, Boone, NC 28607.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Bond Memorial Chapel and 4-8 p.m. Saturday at Oak Lawn Funeral.
