Deborah Jean Goodwin Fuller

Fuller, Deborah Jean Goodwin , age 63, of Mt. Juliet, TN died March 27, 2024. Debbie was born in Sparta, Tennessee on October 11, 1960. She was a 1978 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School, where she met (through church) the love of her life, Terry G. Fuller. They married on April 17, 1981 at Corinth Church of Christ where they are still currently members. Debbie loved our Lord and felt truly blessed by him. With his gift of life to her, she accomplished many things. She was most proud of being allowed to raise her sons to be adults, meet and love her daughter-in-law and meet and love her grandsons as much and as often as possible. Debbie had many things she enjoyed during her lifetime. Spending quality time with her family was the most important to her. She also enjoyed scrapbooking, picture taking, water gardening and cooking. Christmas was her favorite time of the year and she enjoyed every minute of celebrating it and Making it special for her family, from cooking special things to decorating and gift giving. Debbie worked as a receptionist at Countryside Animal Hospital for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hillard Ray Goodwin and Mary Ellen Goodwin; sister, Cynthia Goodwin Johnson Lehahan; nephew, Charles Michael Clark; beloved cousin, Paige Nash Morris; mother-in-law, Betty Fuller; paternal grandparents, Plennie Goodwin and Bertha Goodwin Gamble; maternal grandparents, James Willie and Willie Mae Nash and her four-legged furry child, Annie.

She is survived by:

Son – Joshua Darin Fuller (Girlfriend Monica West) and

Jared Browning (Becca Robertson) Fuller

Precious grandsons who called her “IZZY” – John Browning Fuller and Samuel Heath Fuller

Nieces – Stacey Clark, Tiffany Clark (John) O’Brien, Victoria Calrk (Adam) Bard,

Miranda Edwards (John) Tuberville, Elizabeth Fuller, Amanda Fuller,

and Ashlyn Fuller

Nephews – Brandon Tyler (Jennifer) Johnson and Justin Ray (Ryne) Edwards

Great-nieces – Isabella (Clark) Calhoun, Georgia Tuberville, Charlotte Bard,

Magdalena Edwards, Rhyannon Edwards, and Saydee Johnson

Great-nephews – Logan Beal, Anthony Tuberville, Noah Tuberville, Charles Edwards,

Nathanial Edwards, Bowen Johnson, and Lucas Bard

Please celebrate her life which was lived to the fullest with us. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Alan Hutchison officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Terry Fuller, Joshua Darrin Fuller, Jared Browning Fuller, Bruce Fuller, Mike Buck, Ray Nash, Johnny Burchette and Bob Lannom. Honorary pallbearers will be her Ya Ya Sisters, Dr. Robert and Cathy Parlsey, and the staff at Country Side Animal Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, if you so choose, donations can be made to the educational/savings bank accounts for grandsons, John Browning Fuller and Samuel Heath Fuller.
