Christine Angel Frederick Helm, born on March 22, 1971, in Frankfurt, Germany, passed away on February 7, 2026. Christine lived a life filled with love and dedication to her family and friends.
Christine was a loving wife to Gary Helm for 34 wonderful years and a devoted mother to their children: Kevin Helm, Matthew Helm (Niyah), Sarah Luttrell (Camden), and Brandon Helm. Christine is also survived by her mother, Barbara "Bunny" Frederick, her brother Frankie Frederick, and her sisters, Molly Whiting (Rick) and Jamie Frederick. Christine was preceded in death by her father, Frank Frederick.
A graduate with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Western Kentucky University, Christine touched the lives of everyone she met, making them feel deeply loved. A pivotal moment in her life was when she gave her life to Christ in 1990. This helped shape her character. In the last few years, she began attending First Baptist Mt. Juliet Church as a family, which was an integral part of continuing to strengthen her relationship with God. Christine was also a great friend, a caring daughter, and a sister who always put everyone before herself.
Her warmth, kindness, and forgiving heart will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy of unconditional love and the joy she brought to others will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
A funeral service for Christine will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026 at First Baptist of Mt. Juliet located at 735 N Mt Juliet Rd, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. A committal service and internment will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Jamestown City Cemetery in Jamestown, Kentucky.
