Charles "Junior" Little

August 28, 1946 — July 15, 2025

Charles "Junior" Little, born on August 28, 1946, in Koblenz, Germany, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025. A cherished husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Junior was a vibrant personality who touched the lives of many during his time on this earth.

Junior was a true jack of all trades, dedicating much of his career to driving buses for various coach services, and at one point, he proudly owned his own. His work was more than just a job; it was a testament to his sociable nature and knack for connecting with people from all walks of life. Known as a social butterfly, Junior never met a stranger, and his warmth endeared him to everyone he encountered.

Junior was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edmond Little and Leisel Berden Little; his uncle Leo Little; and his son Richie Little. His life was enriched by the love of his family. Junior is survived by his beloved wife, Susan Blevins Little, along with his brother Jimmy Little (Debby) and sister Marge Hawkins. He was a proud stepfather to Stephanie Blevins Hertel and a doting grandfather to grandchildren Ashleigh Little Arnold (Hank), William Little (Andrea), Sawyer Michael Hertel, and Emerson Miah Hertel. Junior also delighted in the company of his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Arnold and Michael Arnold, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins who fondly remember his joyful spirit.

He is lovingly remembered by his family and friends, not just for his skills and interests but for the warmth of his heart and the wisdom he shared. Junior’s memory will live on through the stories and laughter he inspired.

A funeral service to celebrate Junior's remarkable life will be held on July 25, 2025, at Allons Baptist Church in Livingston, TN, starting at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Gentiva Hospice in honor of Junior.
