Cary W. Cundall

Cary W. Cundall, age 81, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. 

Born on March 9, 1945, in Nashville, Tennessee, Cary was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He grew up in Bordeaux, Tennessee, and was a 1963 graduate of Cumberland High School. 

Cary was a proud Army veteran who served his country from 1966 to 1975. He was a dedicated member of Tyler Cates Post 281, serving on the Honor Guard since 2012. He was also a member of the Veterans Club of Del Webb. 

Cary is survived by his loving wife, Marie; his children, Lisa Sullins (Bobby) and Cary Cundall (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Cody Mang (Ashley), Shelby Mang, Caleb Duhl, Jaycie Cundall, Chase Sullins (Rae), and Chance Sullins (Kendall); and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Judy Green (Gene), Ron Cundall (Kathy), and Brenda Vickers. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, W.W. and Jean Marie Cundall; his siblings, John L. Cundall and Glenda Cook; and his brother-in-law, Tony Vickers. 

Visitation will be held at Bond Memorial Chapel on Friday, May 1, from 11-1 with a Memorial Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Honorary pallbearers will be Cary Cundall II, Cody Mang, Caleb Duhl, Chase Sullins, and Chance Sullins. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tyler Cates American Legion Post 281.

Cary’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
