Carol Faye Spangler

Spangler, Carol Faye , age 83, of Lebanon, TN, died January 23, 2020. Mrs. Spangler was the daughter of the late, Charles Fay and Melba Isabell Boone Cory. She was also preceded in death by her son, Timothy Spangler.

She is survived by:

Husband of 51 years – Ray Spangler

Sons – Michael (Patti) Spangler, Marty (Deanna) Seng and

Raymond (Hannah) Spangler, Jr.

13 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren

Mrs. Spangler will be cremated and no services are planned.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Avalon Hospice.
