Arthur Robert Mattson
August 21, 1943 — July 16, 2025
Arthur “Bob” Mattson, passed away on July 16, 2025 surrounded by his wife and children. He was born in Hazel Park, Michigan.
Bob served honorably in the United States Air Force and served as a Troy Michigan Police Officer.
A true enthusiast, Bob had a lifelong love for Corvettes and took great pride in rebuilding his cherished Cushman Eagle scooter.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Toni Mattson; his children, Art Mattson (Jennifer) and Andrea Bernard (David); and his cherished grandchildren: Alyssa, Owen, Sam, Magnolia, and Maple. He also leaves behind a very special great-granddaughter, Avery. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Isaac Mattson.
