Clark, Terrance Carlos, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died November 3, 2017. Mr. Clark was a member of the Catholic faith. He was an Ohio State fanatic. Mr. Clark was the son of James F. and Monica Montgomery Clark.

Tucker, Gary Lee, age 66, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died November 7, 2017. Gary was a member of Center Chapel Church of Christ. He retired from Bridgestone with 36 years of service and was owner of Part-Time Fencing. Gary was an outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and working in his vegetable garden. He also enjoyed watching Classic Westerns. Gary loved helping people, but his greatest joy was spoiling his grandchildren, who so lovingly called him “Pa”. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Tucker and his father-in-law, Bill Shepherd.

Ellithorpe, Richard Asa, age 28, of Lebanon, TN, died November 5, 2017.

Asa was a graduate of Mt. Juliet High School and was an employee of Aldi’s warehouse. He was a coin collector and a trivia buff. He enjoyed music and was an avid football fan. He especially liked the Pittsburg Steelers! Many times Asa grew his hair and contributed it to Locks for Love. Asa lived life to the fullest and had a great love for his family and friends. He helped everyone and did not pass judgement on others. As a final selfless act, Asa was an organ and tissue donor. Asa was born prematurely and was considered by his family to be a miracle. Through being a donor, Asa has now given many other families the joy of a miracle.

Kupski, Jr., Gregory Joseph “George”, age 83, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died November 9, 2017. Mr. Kupski was a native of Hamtramck, MI and was the son of the late, Gregory Joseph Kupski, Sr. and Marian Madeline Glugla Kupski. He was the owner of Auto Wheel & Axel service and was a retired mechanic. Mr. Kupski was a custom and classic car enthusiastic, had a good sense of humor and enjoyed fishing on the Great Lakes.

Holmberg, Sharyan Lee Cain, age 70, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died November 9, 2017. Ms. Holmberg was a native of Baden, PA and was the daughter of the late, Robert and Irene Vorse Cain. Ms. Holmberg was also preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Cain. She enjoyed reading crafting and traveling, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandson.

Schmitt, Judith Lynn Mills “Judy”, age 78, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died November 10, 2017. Mrs. Schmitt was a native of Topeka, KS and was the daughter of the late, Charles P. and Helen Bushacher Mills. She was a member of Celebration Lutheran Church and an active 50 year member of PEO. Mrs. Schmitt enjoyed being with her “Lunch Bunch” in Kansas, scrap-booking and being at the cottage on Lake Wabaunsee.

Ulmer, Ralph Lundy, age 89, of Old Hickory, TN, died November 11, 2017.

Mr. Ulmer was a member of Donelson Church of the Nazarene. He was a custom cabinetmaker and enjoyed hunting. Mr. Ulmer was the son of the late, Ralph Lundy and Mary Emma Cannon Ulmer. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Marion Ulmer; 7 siblings; grandchildren, Cheree Slate, Christopher Bradley, Luke Beach and Danielle Beach and foster grandchild, Tammy Robinson.

 

He is survived by:

Hall, Gracie Mai, age 91, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died November 12, 2017. Mrs. Hall was a member of Living Springs Baptist Church. She was retired from Porcelain Industries. Mrs. Hall was the daughter of the late, Robert and Mattie Victory Ross. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Tommy F. Guillebeau, Ernestine “Tina”, age 86, died November 12, 2017 in Mt. Juliet, TN. Mrs. Guillebeau was previously from Decatur, GA, where she lived for 55years. She was born June 6, 1931 to the late, Roy Thomas and Frances Woodruff Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Boyd Bussey Guillebeau and her siblings, Leroy Johnson, Eugene Johnson, Joel Johnson, Paul (Carolyn) Vollenweider, Jr. and Earline (Doug) Pritchett. Mrs. Guillebeau and her late husband were members of Grace United Methodist Church in Atlanta, GA, where she served many years as an usher and a greeter. She was well known there for her wonderful hugs and welcoming nature to anyone attending Grace Church. In her early years, she loved showing others how to make crafts at the Dekalb County, GA Parks and Recreation Department. Mrs. Guillebeau loved yard sales and was a very thrifty shopper. She was employed as a librarian and drugstore clerk and medical supply clerk in the years that she lived in Decatur, GA. One of her favorite pastimes was being on a local bowling team. She had a beautiful smile and is best remembered, in the cooking area, by her family and neighbors for her coconut cakes and her chicken and dumplings.

McCall, Eva Mae, age 80, of Franklin, NC, died November 20, 2017. Mrs. McCall was a former member of Hope United Methodist Church in Flint, MI and an active member of Memorial United Methodist Church in Franklin, NC. She was a former hairdresser, a wedding cake decorator and served as a volunteer at Angel Medical Center. Mrs. McCall was a member of the Writers Club and the Book Club. She was the founder of Moonshine Press Publishing Company and was a published author. Mrs. McCall was the daughter of the late, James Coil and Bonnie Sanders Carpenter. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George B. “G.B.” McCall, Jr.

Parham, Frank R., age 79, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died November 25, 2017 surrounded by his family. Frank was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. His passion for all things mechanical made him a true car guy’s car guy. His generosity will be sorely missed as he was a great mentor and friend. Frank was the son of the late, Russell L. and Frances Englert Parham. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Russell L. Parham, Jr. and sister, Sr. Elizabeth Parham, DC.
