Devine, Janet Aileen, age 63, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died June 10, 2015. Mrs. Devine was a member of Grace United Methodist Church where she attended the Open Door Sunday School Class and was a member of BYKTOA. She was a former teacher at Gladeville Elementary School. Mrs. Devine was President and Co-owner of Applied Scale Technology. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Lou Logan Bauer.

 

She is survived by:

Husband of 42 years – David Devine

Son – Dennis Devine

Daughter – Jennifer “J.K” Devine

Brother – James “Jim” (Sarah) Bauer

Several Brothers-in-laws and Sisters-in-laws

Memorial services will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Grace United Methodist Church, 2905 N. Mt. Juliet Road, Mt. Juliet, TN, with Pastor Jeff Streszoff officiating. Fellowship with the family will immediately follow the service. Honorary pallbearers will be Scott, Brett, Matt, Beth and Laura Logan. Hale, Melissa Ann, age 53, of Mt. Juliet, TN, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 9, 2015. Melissa was a member of Harvest Church of God. She was a 1981 graduate of Antioch High School where she was a member of the band. Melissa loved music and the Lord. She was the daughter of the late, Haskell and Mildred Louise Penney Hale.

 

She is survived by:

Siblings – David (Ana) Hale, Becky (David) Huffmaster, Steve (Bonnie) Hale,

              Patty (Ken) Hall, Jim (Polly) Hale and Barry Hale

Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins

 

Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2014 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Pastor Steve Hale officiating. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. EST at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Chattanooga, TN. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Huffmaster, Brian Hale and Steve Hale.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that contributions be made toward the funeral expenses.

Vinson, Dorothy Marie, age 78, of Smyrna, TN, died June 11, 2015. Mrs. Vinson was a member of Hobson Pike Baptist Church. She was formerly employed by General Electric and was retired from Aladdin Industries. Mrs. Vinson was the daughter of the late, Melvin and Edna Petty Stewart. She was also preceded in death by her infant son, Marty Spurlock and her siblings, Versie Howell, Lillie Harper, Samuel “Ralph” Stewart, Jessie “Carman” Stewart, Fred Steward and James Stewart.

She is survived by:

Husband of 32 years – Herman E. “Pete” Vinson

Daughter – Melinda Easterling

Brother – Gene Stewart

Grandchildren – Jamie (Steven) Kirby and Josh (Deanna) Easterling

Beaty, Earl Mitchell, age 83, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died June 12, 2015. Earl was a lifelong member of Cooks United Methodist Church. He was a 1951 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School and a veteran of the US Navy serving in the Korean War. He was the longtime owner and operator of Lea Septic Service. Earl was a member of Mt. Juliet Masonic Lodge #642 F&AM and a former commissioner of the West Wilson Utility District. He was a huge Mt. Juliet basketball fan and enjoyed golf and gardening. Earl was the son of the late, Oscar and Clurtha Maynard Beaty. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Shirley Davis Beaty; son, John Davis Beaty and brothers, Manus, Melvin, Mayford and Lester Beaty.

 

He is survived by:

Son – Joe (Shelly) Beaty

Sister – Beulah Mae Simms

Grandchildren – Sarah Beaty and Jackson Beaty

Byrne, Cameron Steven, age 22, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died June 12, 2015. Cameron was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. He was a 2011 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School where he played on the football team. After graduation, Cameron attended UT Chattanooga and Nashville State Community College. He was currently employed by Outback in Cookeville, TN where he was enrolled in their manager training program. Cameron was preceded in death by his step-grandfather, Jack Stafford.

Coulter, Thelma Constance, age 87, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died June 17, 2015. Mrs. Coulter was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She is the daughter of the late, John and Rose Bufford Levasseur. Mrs. Coulter was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Coulter and brothers, Robert Levasseur and Richard Levasseur.

Goddard, Emily Jo, age 63, of Nashville, TN, died June 22, 2015. Ms. Goddard was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church where she had served as the music librarian. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee.

Evans, Annie Taylor, age 81, of Hermitage, TN, died June 21, 2015. Mrs. Evans was a member of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late, Forrest and Marjorie Kelley Taylor. Mrs. Evans was also preceded in death by her brothers, Carroll Taylor and Robert Taylor.

Randalls, Mary Ruth Freeman, age 85, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died June 20, 2015. Mrs. Randalls was a member of Belmont United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Mt. Juliet High School, Class of 1947 and retired from Baird-Ward in 1983. Mrs. Randalls was the daughter of the late, Glenn and Jewell Peek Freeman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Randalls and her step-son, Brad Randalls.

Clark, Roger Dale, age 71, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died June 20, 2015. Mr. Clark was a member of Old Hickory Church of Christ. He was retired from DuPont. Mr. Clark was an avid UT fan. He loved fishing and his farm. Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Carrie Clark and infant son, Bryan Mitchell Clark.

Kilgore, Charles Henry “Charlie”, age 56, died June 29, 2015. Charlie was member of Abundant Life Church and a longtime resident of Mt. Juliet, TN. He was employed by Yates Services.

Wilson, James William “Tootsie”, age 70, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died June 26, 2015. Mr. Wilson was a salesman and a truck driver. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. Wilson was the son of the late, Travis Wallace and Addie Marie Weatherford Wilson. He was also preceded in death by his son, Travis Scott Wilson and siblings, Margaret Scott and Billie Wilson.
