
Reed, Ruth Bull, age 89, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died May 5, 2014. Mrs. Reed was a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet where she taught Bible Drill and was a member of WMU. She had been principal of Flat Rock Elementary School and was one of the original kindergarten teachers at Mt. Juliet Christian Academy. Mrs. Reed was the daughter of the late, Buford Monroe and Myrtle Nancy Williams Bull. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Reed, Jr. and her brother, T.C. Bull.

Gazaway, Anne Marie, age 66, of Hermitage, TN, died May 5, 2014. Mrs. Gazaway attended St. Stephen Catholic Community. She was a graduate of Donelson High School and was retired from K-Mart. Sturgill, Jerry Allen, age 67, of Lebanon, TN, passed away quietly May 3, 2014 surrounded by family and friends after a long battle with heart disease.Jerry made friends easily and was well-liked by all who knew him and by whom he will be missed. He resided in Nashville/Lebanon area for the last years of his life. He was employed as a locksmith prior to his retirement. Jerry loved music and was an occasional songwriter. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was diligently cared for by the staffs at the VA facilities in Nashville and Murfreesboro. Jerry was the son of the late, King Sturgill, Jr. and Agnes B. Sturgill of Bristol, TN.

Lawrence, James Bell “Jimmy”, age 69, of Hermitage, TN, died May 3, 2014. Jimmy was a member of Gladeville Baptist Church. He was an electrician and Metro electrical contractor. He retired from Metropolitan Davidson County Codes Department as an electrical inspector. He was also retired from IBEW Local #429. Pace, Jacob Daniel “Jake”, age 24, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died May 28, 2014.
Jake was baptized at First Baptist Church in Perry, GA and was currently attending Joy Church. He was a 2008 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School. Jake was employed at Fuse Sports Club at Gaylord Opryland and had formerly been employed by Cracker Barrel in Mt. Juliet. He was an excellent musician and an avid video gamer. Jake was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harold L. and Virginia M. Pace and maternal grandfather, Harold Arthur Boehner.
