Burton, Frances Elizabeth Singleton, age 82, of Mt. Juliet, TN died May 6, 2006. Mrs. Burton was a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet and the Women’s Missionary Unit. She was the daughter of the late, Fred Homer Singleton, Sr. and Anna Mai Sullivan Singleton. She is preceded in death by husband, Joe Randall Burton, Sr. and her siblings, Eva Mai Reeves, Franklin H. “Shank” Singleton and Fred Homer Singleton, Jr.

Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet with Rev. Billie Friel officiating. Remains will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the church. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Mrs. Beulah Bell’s Sunday School Class.

Hutchins, Nyla Jean, age 66, of Mt. Juliet, TN died May 16, 2006. Nyla was a wonderful wife and mother. She was a bus driver for the Kellogg School System in Hickory Corners, MI. She was the daughter of the late, Max and Linda Zanquest Beam.

, age 91, of Mt. Juliet, TN died May 28, 2006. Mr. Clampet was a member of the Mt. Juliet Church of Christ. He was employed by Young Oil Company for 20 years and preached for 25 years in Haworth, OK. Mr. Clampet was the son of the late, Mose and Viola Mitchell Clampet. He was also preceded in death by 4 brothers, 5 sisters, and his daughter, Judy Stanton.

Hamilton, Joe P., Jr., age 85, of Mt. Juliet, TN died May 31, 2006. Mr. Hamilton was a member of Celebration Lutheran Church and a former member of Memorial Lutheran Church. He was the founder of Hamilton Machine Company in Nashville, TN. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in WWII and a Pearl Harbor survivor. Mr. Hamilton was a 32 degree mason and a member of Mt. Juliet Masonic Lodge #642, Nashville Council #1 of the York Rite, Al Menah Shriners, Scottish Rite, American Legion Post #88, and the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. He is the son of the late, Joe P. Hamilton, Sr. and Ruth Bernard Hamilton. He is also preceded in death by an uncle, John Hall Hamilton.
